You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package with your order to submit a declaration of withdrawal from any product purchased in the online store.

Please submit your declaration of withdrawal to the following address: contact@outheres.com in the form of a short e-mail information about the reason for the return (optional, but we will be grateful for your feedback) and the estimated shipping date.

Download and complete the returns form and include it in your package. Then, send the returned item to the address provided.

The return is made at the expense of the Returning Party via the selected shipping method to the following address:

We kindly ask you to no returns sent via Post.

Items purchased in the online store cannot be returned to a brick-and-mortar store or delivered in person to a returns point.

The payment will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of the package to the above address.

Complaints:

If you wish to make a complaint about a purchased item, download and complete the complaint form, and include it in the package with the product being complained about. Return the item to the address provided in the form. Shipping costs are covered by the person filing the complaint.
