You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package with your order to submit a declaration of withdrawal from any product purchased in the online store.
Please submit your declaration of withdrawal to the following address: contact@outheres.com in the form of a short e-mail message about the reason for the return and the estimated shipping date.
The return is made at the expense of the Returning Party via the selected shipping method to the following address:

Items purchased in the online store cannot be returned to a brick-and-mortar store or delivered in person to a returns point.
The payment will be refunded within 14 days of delivery of the package to the above address.
